Automatic customer emails remain disabled until launch activation. Payment and shipment event wiring is prepared; shipments are checked from Live order controls. Saving a key does not send an email or prove the domain is verified.

A repeated click will not resend an accepted sample. Provider acceptance is separate from inbox delivery. Check your inbox and spam folder.

Email delivery tracking

Select email.sent, email.delivered, email.delivery_delayed, email.bounced, email.complained, email.failed and email.suppressed in Resend. Incoming events require a valid signature. This separate public receiver forwards only signed email notifications to the private studio. In Resend, edit your existing webhook endpoint to this URL, keep the same signing secret and selected events, then replay a failed event.

Delivered means the recipient mail server accepted the message; it does not prove that someone read it.

No webhook test checked yet.

A successful result here confirms a signed notification reached the website. If it stays waiting, inspect the event response in Resend → Webhooks. No customer order is created.

Background shipment checks

Polling remains disabled until launch configuration and schedule setup are complete.

Order and settings backup

Download a password-encrypted copy of saved orders, delivery records, settings and print-submission safeguards. Save it somewhere separate from this website. The server encryption key is included only inside this password-encrypted download. Original photos, generated room JPEGs, temporary uploads, checkout quotes, browser drafts and other hosting secrets are not included. Generated room views remain in hosted image storage; download JPEG copies from the mockup editor for a separate image backup.

New backups include the recovery key securely; you only need to keep the backup and its password safe. Older backups still require the original key separately. Avoid editing or processing orders during export. This checks for changes during the scan but is not a transactional snapshot.

A backup does not undo payments or printing. Recovery is checked in a separate folder first; this dashboard cannot overwrite store data. Keep the password safe—it is not saved here.

Print connection

Stored print originals

Connect the website to your private Cloudflare R2 artwork bucket. Use a separate Object Read Only credential limited to that bucket. Your Mac uploader keeps its own connection. The website saves this credential encrypted on the server; it is never shown back in the browser.

Originals stay private. For a test order, the server retrieves the approved print, checks its exact file checksum and sends it to Pictorem in test mode. This does not modify or delete your cloud files. Current test limit: 50 MB of artwork per order.

Your pricing

Stripe test checkout

Enter a standard or restricted test key from your Stripe sandbox. Live keys are blocked. Connections are encrypted in hosted storage using a hosting secret. Keys are sent only to their provider. Never paste keys into chat.

After connecting, add a print to the storefront bag and choose Test checkout. The bag offers free standard shipping within the contiguous U.S. Alaska and Hawaii require a reviewed quote before payment; express shipping is unavailable. Tax follows the settings below. No print order is submitted.

Stripe live account preparation

Keep your existing billing@jg-llc.com account. This separate connection checks your account without taking a payment, enabling checkout or submitting a print. Your sandbox connection stays available.

Live tax setup has not been checked here. This check reads settings and California registration; it does not create a payment.

The key is stored encrypted on the server and is never returned to your browser. Verification reads account readiness and confirms live mode; it does not prove tax registration or every permission needed for future payments and refunds.

Owner order alerts

Get approval requests and print, cancellation or refund review alerts at your preferred inbox. Customer replies still go to support@jg-llc.com. Saving an address does not enable automatic sending.

Changing the inbox requires a test for that address before automatic alerts can send. An uncertain send is held for review, not automatically retried. Alerts do not approve or print orders.

Shipping, tax & order processing

Launch fulfillment rule: owner approval before printing. Live printing is still disabled. A confirmed payment alone will not authorize a production print.

Set your business address and applicable registrations in Stripe’s test Tax dashboard ↗. This site does not create tax registrations. Prints use Stripe’s general tangible-goods tax category; confirm the classification before launch.

Payments are verified when customers return or you load their order. Unattended webhooks require a public endpoint; this preview remains private. Production printing remains disabled.

Pictorem test order

Load a paid test checkout, then use its approved Cloudflare original or select a print-ready file or Pictorem collection ID. Website previews and room mockups are not print files. Choose files from your Prints folder, not Hero Images. Cloudflare originals are retrieved directly by the server. Manually selected files upload in small pieces to private temporary storage. The chosen print then goes to Pictorem with the delivery details. Temporary pieces are removed after the test attempt. Interrupted uploads expire after one hour and are cleaned up on later use. Only the validation receipt is kept with the order.

This always sends testmode=1. No production order is enabled. New checkout orders include a saved shipping choice; production submission remains disabled. Test validation rechecks free-shipping eligibility and omits the provider quote for eligible orders. Older orders with paid shipping refresh their saved carrier rate and hold if it changes. Only one request per order can reach Pictorem at a time. Interrupted or uncertain submissions are held for review; loading the order shows the saved result.

Prepare listing drafts

Place each batch inside Central Coast Studio/Artwork, with its Prints folder and Hero Images folder. Keep matching filenames. Scanning prepares a review inventory; it does not publish or generate mockups yet.

Artwork and fulfillment

Folder scanning remains in the local dashboard. The form above validates a paid test order with Pictorem. Shipping quotes and Stripe Tax controls are available. Confirmed payments enter the test-validation queue. Unattended processing and production fulfillment are not activated.
